M3 TUTORING SERVICES
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 15 June 2026

1. PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Students must pay all required fees before access to courses is granted.

Payments are processed manually, and proof of payment must be submitted to M3 Tutoring Services for verification.

2. REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees are payable once unless otherwise communicated by M3 Tutoring Services.
Registration fees are non-refundable.

3. COURSE FEES
Course fees are payable according to the selected subjects and duration chosen by the student.

4. ACCESS GRANTING
Access to course materials will only be granted after payment has been verified and approved.

5. NO REFUND POLICY
Once access to a course, subject, lesson, assessment, quiz, resource, or educational material has been granted, no refund shall be provided.

By purchasing access to any course or subject, the student acknowledges and accepts this condition.

6. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
Where duplicate payments are made in error, M3 Tutoring Services may investigate and, where appropriate, process a refund or credit adjustment.

7. FAILED OR DISPUTED PAYMENTS
Access may be suspended immediately where:
• Payments are reversed.
• Payments are disputed.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Banking errors occur.

8. COURSE EXPIRY
Course access automatically expires at the end of the purchased access period.
Additional payments may be required to renew access.

9. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT REFERENCES
Students are responsible for using the correct payment reference and providing proof of payment.
