Welcome to M3 Tutoring Services. By accessing or using this website, platform, services, content, lessons, assessments, quizzes, educational materials, and related resources, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for an account, accessing course materials, submitting information, or using any service offered by M3 Tutoring Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT
Users under the age of 18 years may only register for and use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

By registering on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian confirms that they consent to the minor’s use of the platform and accept responsibility for their activities.

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
The platform provides educational support, tutoring services, learning resources, assessments, quizzes, and academic guidance.

M3 Tutoring Services does not guarantee academic success, examination passes, distinctions, university admission, employment opportunities, or any specific academic outcome.

Student performance depends on numerous factors, including attendance, participation, effort, study habits, prior knowledge, examination preparation, and personal commitment.

4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users may not share accounts, usernames, passwords, course materials, assessments, or platform access with any other person.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content made available through the platform, including videos, notes, worksheets, assessments, quizzes, presentations, graphics, logos, branding, and educational resources, remains the property of M3 Tutoring Services unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, copy, publish, record, sell, modify, or share any content without prior written permission.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users may not:
• Share login credentials.
• Upload harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any area of the platform.
• Copy or distribute educational materials.
• Harass tutors, students, administrators, or other users.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

7. ACCESS TO COURSES
Course access is granted only after payment has been received and approved by M3 Tutoring Services.
Access may be suspended or revoked where payment is reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or remains outstanding.

8. TERMINATION
M3 Tutoring Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

9. MODIFICATIONS
M3 Tutoring Services may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
